This fascinator is NOT as pictured. It is a BRIGHT, orange color, and the flowers are smaller than pictured. Even though the site does not say that it is a EXCHANGE ONLY (it says exchanges are accepted, and then another heading says returns are accepted within seven days...) However, when I tried to return, the seller said it was exchange only. I never would have ordered if that was the case. I DID return the misleading product!) I sent pictures to Etsy when I filed my case explaining that what I received was NOT as pictured, and when they responded to me, they said I needed to send pictures???? I had already done that!!! I was out of town for my derby event, and they closed the case because I didn't reply immediately. (it said I needed to reply by May 7… It is May 7 and I went in to reply, but now it says the case is "closed."
