I got sent a floppy black beach hat instead of the hat I ordered. It had no structure and no shape and to be quite honest was a complete rip off! I paid a lot of money including over £150 in postage, taxes and import fees for something that is probably only worth £10. I am now in a situation where I don’t have a hat for ascot so back to the drawing board. The seller should not put photos up of an item that they are not sending and charge a fortune for it, it’s outrageous. I have had such a positive experience with Etsy these last few years and it’s a real shame. Anyone going forward wanting to purchase from this seller I urge them to request a photo in ‘real time’ before committing to purchase so you are not left out of pocket and bitterly disappointed like I am. Shame on the seller.
